زودتنا الدكتورة كاثرين بعلامات واجب المهارات السريرية والتي تشكل 10% من العلامة النهائية للمادة في الرابط التالي:

To explain where students may have lost marks:
Q1) Needed to say 2 consultation skills (these are the actual skills not just “taking the family history” or “systems review” but for example, signposting, summarising, active listening, showing empathy) and give examples of these to get 3/3 marks
Q2) Needed to say 2 consultation skills (these are the actual skills not just “taking the medical history” or “systems review” but for example, signposting, summarising, active listening, showing empathy) and give examples of these and explain why they are important in the medical interview (2 reasons of being important). 4/4 marks. Then 1/1 marks for giving research evidence including names/dates of research or specific reference and explaining how this skill affected the consultation (so not just saying the research shows these skills affect the consultation, but explaining these skills make the consultation shorter, or patients are more satisfied etc)
Q3) Needed to say a specific physical examination skill (if just said hand examination or respiratory examination got 0.5/1 marks) eg palpating the chest expansion, looking for clubbing in the hands 1 mark. Then explaining how you will improve 1 mark.
Q4) Needed to say a specific clinical procedure (1 mark) and how you will improve (1 mark). You did not get marks if explained another physical examination skill. So for example clinical procedures include, blood pressure, ET intubation, CPR, handwashing, measuring vital signs. So it was in total 12 marks then I adjusted the marks to be out of 10 since it will contribute 10% of your final grade. If the assignment was late then 2 marks were lost.
